Please e-mail or call to confirm instrument availability. Payment types accepted are cashiers check, personal check (10 day hold), money order, bank wire transfer, paypal (2.9% clearing cost), and of course cash. Contact us if you would like to use Paypal. We only accept paypal payments from US buyers with confirmed addresses.

Most items can be held for a 25% deposit with the balance due within 30 days. Lay away deposits and payments are non refundable but can be used as store credit towards a purchase of equal or greater value. Credit cards will not be accepted for payments on lay aways.

International shipping is done through Fed Ex and USPS. Domestic shipping is done through FedEx. Shipping rates differ based on location shipped to and transit time desired. Please contact us for shipping costs. All shipping charges and claims are the customers responsibility. In case of any damage you will need to keep the original shipping carton with shipping label intact. International Buyers are responsible for any and all duty, clearing, VAT, or other shipping/transaction costs. Nationwide Guitars will not lower instrument values for customs.

24-Hour Approval period:

Shipped Domestic Orders except for layaways and/or held items are shipped with a 24-hour approval period. Return requests must be received within the 24 hour time period after the shipment has been received via phone. Shipping and any receiving costs to and from are the customers responsibility. Once returned instruments are received in the exact condition they left us, a full refund will be generated minus shipping and any other transaction expenses. Returned shipments need to be insured, shipped with the same transit time, and packed in the same manner that they were originally shipped. Instruments damaged during shipping on returned purchases are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Custom ordered merchandise or modification of instrument to suit a customer's request are void of an approval period.

We go out of our way to professionally pack every instrument that we ship. We have an extremely good track record of preventing damage due to shipping. In the Rare occurrence that you receive a damaged purchase. Please contact us immediately. You will need to keep all packaging and original shipping box(s) with shipping label intact, these are required in the event of an insurance claim.
