availability. Payment types accepted are cashiers check, personal
check (10 day hold), money order, bank wire transfer, paypal
(2.9% clearing cost), and of course cash. Contact us if you
would like to use Paypal. We only accept paypal payments from
US buyers with confirmed addresses.
Most items can be held for a 25% deposit with
the balance due within 30 days. Lay away deposits and payments
are non refundable. Credit cards will not be accepted for
payments on lay aways.
Shipping rates differ based on location shipped
to and transit time desired. Please contact us for shipping
costs. All shipping charges and claims are the customers responsibility.
In case of any damage you will need to keep the original shipping
carton with shipping label intact. International Buyers are
responsible for any and all duty, clearing, VAT, or other
shipping/transaction costs. Nationwide Guitars will not lower
instrument values for customs.
24-Hour Approval period:
Shipped Domestic Orders except
for layaways, held items, and trades are shipped with a 24-hour
approval period for authenticity only. We are not able to
ship instruments for "try outs"or take returns for
personal preferences. Return requests for authenticity must
be received by phone within the 24 hour time period after
the shipment has been delivered by the shipper. Return requests
must be received by phone for approval and shipping instructions.
All Shipping and any receiving costs to and from are the customers
responsibility. Once returned instruments are received in
the exact condition they left us, a full refund will be generated
minus full shipping costs and any other transaction expenses.
Please note as of 10/11/2019 PAYPAL no longer refunds their
original clearing fees on refunded payments. Therefore Paypal
payments will incur a 3-4%% clearing fee that will not be
refunded on any return with no exceptions. We go to great
lengths to pack our instruments with utmost care and protection.
Due to the cost of supplies and time to pack instruments we
reserve the right to charge a $100 packaging fee on returned
instruments. Returned shipments need to be fully insured,
shipped with the same transit time, and packed in the same
manner that they were originally shipped. Instruments damaged
during shipping on returned purchases are the responsibility
of the customer. Items that are returned not in the same condition,
returned without approval, after the approval period, or shipments
that are not accepted and returned to sender by the carrier
are subject to our rejection or a restocking fee. Please note
that Custom ordered merchandise, layaways, or modification
of instrument to suit a customer's request are void of an
approval period and can not be returned.
We go out of our way to professionally pack
every instrument that we ship. We have an extremely good track
record of preventing damage due to shipping. In the Rare occurrence
that you receive a damaged purchase. Please contact us immediately.
You will need to keep all packaging and original shipping
box(s) with shipping label intact, these are required in the
event of an insurance claim.
International Shipments do
not ship with a 24 hour approval preiod.
