1967 Gibson Trini Lopez Sparkling Burgundy
A very cool and Rare Trini Lopez in Rare Sparkling Burgundy Finish. The finish has very little fade and still retains its deep Burgundy coloring. Two Patent Sticker Pickups, Trapeze Tailpiece with Wood block, Firebird Headstock, Diamond F-holes, Orange Label, and a large depth rounded C shaped profile neck. Excellent condition vintage guitar with some light play wear and expected vertical finish checking on a Metallic Gibson Custom Color. Original switch tip cracked in the past and was glued by the original owner. No structural cracks or repairs. Included is the original hardshell case and strap. A great find! OHSC $10,500

1967 Gibson Trini Lopez Cherry
An all original Trini Lopez Standard. Cherry Finish, Diamond F-holes, Firebird Style Headstock, Two Patent Sticker Humbucking Pickups, and Diamond Fingerboard inlays. A nice tidy example in excellent plus condition displaying light play wear and some finish checking. 1978 Gibson L5-S Sunburst
The L5-S was the cadillac of the Gibson solid body line in the 1970s. Sunburst Finish over a Figured Maple Top, Gold Hardware, Stop tailpiece, Dual Humbucking pickups, and Colorful fretboard inlays. The guitar plays and sounds great. Cosmetically it is shows evidence of being played with nicks, dings, and finish wear. It has been professionally refretted and a new three way switch installed. It appears to have once had other pickups installed with no extra routing in the pickup cavities. Time period correct Gibson Gold Tar Back pickups have been installed. A cool Humbucking pickup and Stop Tail Piece combination L5-S that comes with its original hardshell case. OHSC $4395

1975 Gibson Les Paul Signature Sunburst
A Les Paul Signature in Rare Sunburst Finish. Published Gibson shipping totals state that only 85 Sunburst Les Paul Signatures were produced. Two Low Impedance pickups, In/Out Phase Control, Variable impedance control, Dual input jacks for low and high impedance, and stop tailpiece. A clean excellent condition vintage guitar displays some light play wear. Bent but functional D tuner. The original owner wrote 6-75 inside the bass side f-hole to commemorate his original date of purchase in June of 1975. No headstock cracks or repairs. Other than newer Gibson strap buttons the guitar is all original. Marked a factory second with no visible blemishes. A beautiful guitar that comes with its original hardshell case (replaced handle). 1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe with Factory Humbucking Pickups Tobacco Sunburst Left Handed
An Extra Fine "Under the Bed" condition guitar. A Rare Custom Ordered Left Handed Les Paul with Factory Full Size Humbucking pickups. Tobacco Sunburst finish, Maple top with some flame, Dual Patent Numbered Pickups, Kluson Tuners, Flamed Neck, and untouched electronics with early 1976 pot dates. As Gibson started to reintroduce the Les Paul Standard in the mid 1970s, a popular factory option was to order a Les Paul Deluxe with full size humbucking pickups. According to Gibson Shipment totals this is one of only five made in 1976. Over the years we have seen some right handed examples with this factory option but this is the few Left Handed examples we have encountered. This guitar is in incredible showroom condition. 1982 Gibson Les Paul 59 Reissue Cherry Sunburst
In the early 1980s Gibson did many Limited Runs, such as The Guitar Trader Les Paul, and "One Off" 59 Reissue Les Pauls. This is one such "One Off" guitar that has an Incredible Super Flamed Maple top. Features include an inked on 50s style serial number with 9 prefix, Stamped serial number on the ledge of the control cavity just like a Guitar Trader Les Paul, Shaw PAF pickups, Nickel Hardware, Small Headstock, Deep Dish Top, and Thin Binding in the Cutaway. The guitar once had Grover tuners with Tulip Tip tuners reinstalled. Pickup covers have been off and on. The pickguard seems to be made from a slightly different material than we are used to seeing during this time period. It could be original due to the One Off nature of this guitar or is most likely a replacement. The nut has been shimmed in the past and there is a finish checking line coming off the nut on the treble side. Medium Depth profile neck with the following measurements of .843" 1st fret and .98" 12th fret. Excellent vintage condition displaying some average play wear. Here is a Limited Edition Custom Shop Les Paul. Les Paul Standard style guitar with factory upgraded Gold Hardware with Flip Out Tuners and TP-6 Tailpiece, Dual Humbucking Pickups, 1988 dated pots, and Custom Shop Logo on the back of the headstock. A good condition used guitar displaying lots of play wear with nicks, dings, and heavy scratches. There are a few amateur black touch ups on the back of the neck. No cracks or crack repairs. 1989 Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop Lite Floyd Rose
A Seldom Seen Les Paul Custom Lite with Factory Floyd Rose Licensed Tremolo. Black Finish, Thinner Les Paul body with a 1 3/8" depth, Belly Cut, Black Hardware, 5 Ply Top Binding, Split Diamond Headstock Inlay, Block Fingerboard Inlays, and Gibson Licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo. Most of these models came with EMG pickups that most people changed. This guitar is loaded with new wiring including two Seymour Duncan "Slash" Alnico II pickups. The original coil tap switch has been disconnected. Some newer screws. A players condition guitar that was hot rodded to the previous owners taste. The back and sides of the guitar have finish work and may have been refinished or at minimum heavily buffed to a thin sunken-in porous look. No cracks or crack repairs. Good used condition displaying playwear, nicks, dings, and scratches. Included is the original worn hardshell case (one broken latch) and tremolo arm. 2008 Gibson Les Paul Limited Edition 295 LP-295 Guitar of the Month Goldtop
From the Guitar of the Month Series in 2008 comes this Limited Edition Les Paul 295. The model was a marriage of the 1950s ES-295 archtop and a Les Paul. The result is a fabulous and unique Les Paul that pays homage to the past. Goldtop Finish, Floral 295 style pickguard, Sharp florentine Es-295 style cutaway, Bigsby Tremolo, Paralellgram Fingerboard Inlays, Bound Headstock, Dual Humbucking Pickups, and a Chambered Body. The guitar was collector owned and as a result is in nice tidy clean condition. There are just a few surface scratches including some in the belt buckle area that we have photographed. 1960 Gibson Melody Maker Double Pickup Sunburst
A hard to find Factory Double Pickup Single Cutaway Melody Maker. Sunburst Finish, Nickel Wraparound Tailpiece, Early 1960 model still with the desirable large rounded 59 Neck Profile, and Black Bonnet Knobs. A great sounding and lively Melody Maker from Gibson's Golden Age. Very good vintage condition with lots of nicks, dings, scratches, and finish checking. When you play this guitar you can see why it was so well loved over the years. Mallory 235-5948 dated pots that we have seen a few times over the years on some early 1960 Gibson guitars. The ground wire has been extended and resoldered, new orange drop caps, and newer switch. The tuners are of the time period and the correct style but may not be original to the guitar. An early example when Gibson reintroduced the Flying V in 1975. 1976 Gibson Explorer Natural
Here is a featherweight 1976 Explorer. Weighing in at only 7.6 pounds this guitar is very comfortable and lively. Mahogany Body and Neck, Two Tar Back Pickups, Gold Hardware, Kluson tuners, 1976 dated pots, and no cracks or crack repairs. The guitar displays honest play wear with nicks, dings, and finish checking. A few minor changes including newer strap buttons, a few newer screws, possibly a newer nut or at least the original reseated, and evidence of there once being a headstock string retainer. 1983 Gibson E2 Explorer Candy Apple Red
Rare Candy Apple Red Finish, Bound Top, Two Dirty Finger Pickups, and Gold Hardware. I do not remember ever seeing a bound top E/2 in factory Candy Apple Red Finish, so this is a pretty hard to find finish. The guitar is in very good condition displaying some normal play wear. A Rare XPL Custom model with the most desirable features, including a Cherry Sunburst finish over a Bound Flamed Maple Top and a Stop Tail Piece non tremolo model. More manageable slightly smaller Explorer body shape, Custom Shop headstock logo, and Master Volume and Tone controls. Newer nut, strap lock buttons, Nickel stop, and later Gibson high output pickups with newer volume pot. No cracks or repairs. 1969 Gibson SG Standard Walnut
A players condition 1969 SG Standard. Walnut Finish, Two Patent Sticker T Top pickups, untouched electronics with 1969 pot dates, No volute or Made In USA stamp, Tremolo, Witch Hat Knobs, and original nylon saddle bridge. Grover tuners installed and pickup covers removed. A couple repaired cracks at the upper strap button and one inside the bass side cutaway. A large comfortable rounded neck profile as often found in late 1969. 1st fret depth is .90" and the 12th fret is 1.09". 1961 Epiphone Wilshire Cherry
These early Epiphone Symmetrical Solid bodies are severely underrated Gibson made guitars. They have long been a favorite of vintage enthusiasts and players like Steve Mariott. The Wilshire was made as the kissing cousin to the SG Special, but it was produced in far lower quantities. This one comes factory equipped with the more sought after 2 piece tune-o-matic and stop tailpiece combination. This setup allows for better intonation and sustain, though some scoundrel swiped the original ARB1 and stop years ago. Though this specimen has the various nicks and dings of a player's favorite guitar, there are no breaks or repairs. The guitar has a comfortable wide flat neck design from the early 60's and a great P-90 growl. This Wilshire has the original wiring harness, 61 dated pots, tuners, reflector knobs, frets, cherry finish, and "E" logo pickguard. Ships with newer HSC. HSC $4500

1965 Gibson SG Special Cherry
A very early 1965 SG Special with 64 features. Cherry Finish, Nickel Hardware, the more sought after 1 11/16" nut width, wide lapel truss rod cover, and untouched electronics with 1964 pot dates. The serial number suggests this guitar was made within the first 600 instruments in 1965. Excellent condition displaying light play wear with some fine finish checking. A few light coil cord marks on the back of the body. Slightly bent but functional g tuner. Faint traces of a couple small stickers having once been on the front of the headstock. 1963 Gibson SG Junior Cherry
This is one of the lightest weight SG Juniors we can remember having, weighing in at only 5.45 pounds. The Cherry Finish has very little fade on the body still with a deep Cherry coloring with a little fade on the back of the neck from playing. Featuring a Mahogany body that has a beautiful grain pattern,1 11/16" nut width, Nickel Hardware, untouched electronics with 1963 pot dates, and a potent P-90 pickup at 8.16 ohms. Excellent plus vintage condition displaying fine finish checking and light play wear. The guitar originally had a Maestro wrap tremolo that has been removed and misplaced in the past. 1972 Gibson SG-200 Sam Ash Sunburst
A very RARE Sam Ash SG-200. Gibson made a batch of these SG-200s in the early 1970s for the Sam Ash Musical Instrument Chain. These Sam Ash models came with factory installed Patent Numbered Sticker Humbucking pickups unlike the standard single coil pickups that came on your run of mill SG-200. "Sam Ash SG-200" labeled truss rod cover, Cherry Sunburst Finish, and Kluson tuners. This guitar displays lots of nicks and dings with finish checking. No cracks or repairs. Included is the original receipt from when this guitar was purchased used at a Sam Ash music store in 1978. With only about 50 of these Sam Ash SG-200 models produced they do not come around often. 1991 Gibson Chet Atkins Studio CE Natural
Here is a model you do not see everyday. Not to be confused with the solidbody Chet Atkins CE, the Chet Atkins Studio was made in very limited quantities featuring a hollow body, Braced Spruce Top, redesigned body shape, and extended fretboard. The guitar weighs in at a featherweight 5 pounds and has acoustic properties that can not be duplicated by the solidbody model. The guitar has a 1 13/16" nut width, Volume/Treble/Bass roller controls, and slotted headstock. Excellent used condition displaying some nicks, dings, and installed strap lock buttons. An amazing pre-war ES-150. Script Gibson Headstock Logo, Large Rounded Neck Profile, Factory P-13 pickup with adjustable pole pieces, and G factory order number stamped in the treble side F-hole. Newer tuners otherwise original. A nice resonant guitar and a great sounding P-13 pickup. In surprising cosmetic condition for its age displaying some light to average play wear. 1959 Gibson ES-125 TD Sunburst
A Harder to Find Double Pickup ES-125 from Gibson's Golden Year. Sunburst Finish, Large Rounded 59 Neck Profile, S Factory Order Number, Stamped "ES-125 TD" in bass side F-hole, Burst Knobs, Bumble Bee Caps, and Two Powerful P-90 Pickups. Other than a newer switch tip, the guitar is all original. Excellent vintage condition with some minor wear and fine finish checking. It is hard to believe that in 1959 Gibson only made 302 Double Pickup 125TDs compared to the 2072 single pickup 125Ts. HSC $HOLD

1967 Gibson ES-125 TD Sparkling Burgundy
A cool ES-125 TD in Super Rare Factory Sparkling Burgundy Metallic Finish. This one has aged naturally just like an old Goldtop or an ES-295 with greening in the arm area and the back of the neck. Good vintage condition displaying play wear, dings, and finish checking. This one is ready to be played for another 50 years with a professional neck reset and refret. 1959 Gibson ES-330 TD Sunburst Dot Neck
A Rare First Year ES-330 TD from Gibson's Golden Year. Sunburst Finish, Dual P-90 Pickups, S Factory Order Number, Burst Knobs, Non Retaining Wire Bridge, Mickey Mouse Ears, and Dot Neck Inlays. Large and Rounded 59 Neck Profile. Once had a B-3 Bigsby installed (no holes on the top) with a couple holes at the hinge, original Trapeze Tailpiece reinstalled. Added strap button on the heel, looks to be newer switch tip, and slightly bent but functional D tuner. A great guitar with two monster P-90 pickups. 1970 Gibson ES-340 TDN
Desirable Natural Finish, Orange Label, Nylon Saddle Bridge, Two Patent Sticker Pickups, and Kluson tuners. A tidy excellent condition vintage guitar displaying some typical finish checking and light play wear. Like many 340s, this one has been rewired to 335 specs with a new three way switch (original in the case), for a more player friendly setup. Other than the switch the guitar is all original with no cracks. One small dime sized finish blemish under the upper strap button that the previous finicky owner had touched up. 1985 Gibson ES-335 Dot Reissue Cherry Left Handed
Rare Custom Ordered Left Handed Dot Reissue with Factory installed Gibson Kahler Tremolo and Chrome Hardware. Cherry Finish with some nice subtle figuring on the top, Factory Grover Tuners, White f-hole label, and Dual Humbucking pickups. Previous owner removed the pickguard for easier Tremolo action. The guitar displays some play wear with light finish checking. No headstock cracks or repairs. Included is the tremolo arm and seldom seen brown/pink lined 335 hardshell case (missing handle). 1972 Gibson ES-325 Walnut RARE Dual F-hole
This quite a RARE Es-325. It is the only double F-hole with traditional 335 mounted electronics 325 that we have ever encountered. A very early example (prototype?) with embossed pickup covers. The guitar is in "Under the Bed" extra fine condition with a deep Walnut finish that has not faded, Black binding, Dual mini humbucking pickups, and unbound Rosewood fingerboard. Included is the clean original hardshell case. The back of the headstock is lightly stamped BGN possibly for a later sale or not conforming to the top mounted electronic specs. 1965 Epiphone Riviera Sunburst
A beautiful One Owner guitar featuring a Sunburst top finish over Figured Maple, Nickel Hardware, Blue F-hole Label, and Frequensator Tailpiece. A very resonant guitar that plays great. The majority of these 1964 and 1965 Rivieras have a 1 5/8" nut width but this one is just a hair bigger then what we normally see at 1 43/64". No cracks or repairs. 1964 Gibson L-7C Sunburst
Carved Spruce Top, Breathtaking Highly Flamed Maple back, Orange Label, Sunburst Finish, Nickel hardware, and Parallelogram inlays. A one owner guitar that was very well taken care of displaying only light play wear. The owner placed a DeArmond Rhythm Chief pickup on the guitar that required no modification. 1966 Gibson Barney Kessel Custom Cherry Sunburst
A cool Barney Kessel Custom guitar. Cherry Sunburst Finish over a flamed maple top, Gold Hardware, Dual Patent Sticker Pickups, Gold Bonnet knobs, 5 piece Flamed Maple neck, Factory Grover tuners, and the great looking Bow tie inlays of the BK Custom. Other than an added strap button on the heel the guitar is all original. The guitar displays some normal play wear with a small patch of belt buckle wear, some expected finish checking, and a small common stress line at the jack. No headstock cracks or repairs. A very attractive guitar that plays and sounds great. Pickups are factory out of phase in the middle position as we often find with BK Customs. 1950 Gibson TU-3 Ukulele Uke
A top of the line Gibson Tenor Uke. Only 205 TU-3 ukes were shipped during their production from 1950-1955. Mahogany body, Sunburst finish, and Multi bound top and back. Overall a clean instrument with expected finish checking and three tight hairline cracks on the back of the body. Two bridge pins appear to be non original.
